By now, the First World Congress for persons with disabilities has accepted applications from 185 participants from Austria, the UK, Germany, India, Russia, Kyrgyzstan, the Netherlands, Norway, Ukraine and Switzerland.
The International Coordination Committee has been actively inviting new delegates from different linguistic backgrounds. Recently the presentation of the Congress has been translated into the third most popular language in the world, i.e. Chinese. Yes, we hope to invite a delegation from China, a country with 83 million people with disabilities (2011).
In general we expect to host 700 participants from 30 countries. The official languages of the Congress are Russian, English and German.
