In Novosibirsk, Vera and Vladimir visited the regional library for the blind, took part in the quest “Temnota”, and met with local people. According to Vladimir Vaskevich, Novosibirsk turned out to be the most accessible place among all other places they visited. There are lots of ramps, audible traffic lights, signs in Braille.
