Media accreditation



Dear representatives of the media!

From September 7 to 10, 2017, the First World Congress for Persons with Disabilities will be held in Yekaterinburg (Russia).

703 participants from 27 countries of the world will arrive in Russia, including Great Britain, China, Germany, the USA, Austria, Argentina,
Armenia, Belgium, Georgia, Denmark, Israel, India, Ireland, Kyrgyzstan, Nepal, Netherlands, Norway, Serbia, Tajikistan, Thailand,
Uzbekistan, Ukraine, Finland, France, Switzerland, Sweden and New Zealand. Russia will be represented by persons with disabilities
from 23 regions of the country.

To cover the event the official accreditation of the media will be opened from July 24 to August 20, 2017. Members of editorial teams
(journalists, correspondents, photographers, operators, technical staff) of acting and officially registered mass media can accredit
to the Congress.

Application for the accreditation of one journalist and one photo correspondent and / or operator will be accepted from each media. When
necessary for the production process of reporting, the press center can accredit more representatives from one media.

Accreditation is provided subject to mandatory publication of material about the event in a printed or Internet publication, TV demonstration,
etc., with a mention of the name of the event and its organizers.

Accredited journalists should confirm their work at the Congress by sending materials / stories or links to the Congress press service if these
materials are posted on the Internet.

The deadline for consideration of applications by the Organizing Committee is September 4, 2017.

Accredited are journalists who received personal confirmation of accreditation from the organizers of the Congress.
